Orders & Shipping
How much is shipping?
Orders of 1,500 TL and over ship free; below that a 79.90 TL fee applies. Click & Collect is always free.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 16:00 on weekdays ship the same day. Delivery takes 1–2 business days in İstanbul and 2–4 elsewhere.
How do I track my order?
My Account › My Orders shows the carrier and tracking number; we also notify you by SMS and e-mail when it ships.
Returns & Exchanges
How long do I have to return?
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Which items cannot be returned?
Briefs, bikini bottoms and swimsuits with the hygiene strip removed, opened socks and tights, and personalised items.
Are returns free?
Return labels created from My Account are free. Refunds reach your original payment method within 3–10 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse.
