Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind or the size is not right? Returns are free and take four steps.

Create a request
Open My Account › My Orders, choose the delivered order and tap “Request a return”. Pick the items and reason.

Pack it
Place the items with the hygiene strip and tags intact into any box. Print nothing — the code is enough.

Hand over
Give the package to the carrier branch with the code we send by SMS, or bring it to any Suwen store with the invoice.
- 4
Get refunded
Once the items reach our warehouse we refund within 3–10 business days to your original payment method, or exchange for the size you chose.
Conditions
- ✓30 days from the delivery date for returns and exchanges.
- ✓Hygiene strip must be intact on briefs, bikini bottoms and swimsuits.
- ✓Unworn & unwashed with original tags and packaging.
- ✓Socks & tights are returnable only in unopened packaging.
- ✓Free label for requests created from My Account; in-store returns are free too.
- ✓Multi-buy offers are recalculated if a returned item breaks the offer.

How long do I have to return?
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Which items cannot be returned?
Briefs, bikini bottoms and swimsuits with the hygiene strip removed, opened socks and tights, and personalised items.
Are returns free?
Return labels created from My Account are free. Refunds reach your original payment method within 3–10 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse.
